What areas in Kenya do you serve?
Our core home-visit service covers Migori and the surrounding counties, including Homabay, Kisii, and Kisumu. We also have partner teams in Mombasa, Kisumu, Nairobi, and Kakamega. If you are located outside these areas, please contact us—we regularly arrange care in other towns through our network.
Are your nurses and caregivers qualified?
Yes, absolutely. Every nurse on our team is a registered, licensed professional with valid credentials from the Nursing Council of Kenya. We also conduct rigorous background checks, reference checks, and continuous clinical supervision to ensure the highest standard of care.
How do I arrange for care at home?
Getting started is simple. First, call or WhatsApp us at +254 796 773 009 to discuss your needs. We will then arrange a free, no-obligation home assessment with a registered nurse. After the assessment, we will present a personalised care plan and a clear pricing structure for your approval.
Can I customise a care plan for my loved one?
Yes. We do not believe in one-size-fits-all care. Whether you need a nurse for a few hours a week for wound dressing, or 24/7 live-in support for an elderly parent, your care plan is built entirely around your specific medical needs, your home environment, and your family's routine.
Do you offer 24/7 care?
Yes. Our care coordination desk is available 24/7 to handle emergencies and answer your questions. Depending on your needs, we can arrange for day shifts, night shifts, or full 24-hour live-in nursing care.
Do you accept medical insurance?
We work with several major medical insurance providers in Kenya. Coverage depends on your specific policy. We are happy to assist you in checking your benefits and processing the necessary paperwork for reimbursement or direct billing.
What happens in a medical emergency?
While we provide home-based care, we are not an emergency ambulance service. In the event of a life-threatening emergency, please call 999 or 112 immediately. If a medical emergency occurs while our nurse is present, they are trained to provide immediate first aid and coordinate with local emergency services.
Still have questions?
Our care coordinators are ready to help you navigate your options.
